  • Service booked for Black-tie Legal Service L.L.P  online, telephonically, by email and visit the office refund will be granted by the system as per Black-tie Legal Service L.L.P   refund rules as follows:-

  • If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a service We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

  • The following terms are applicable for any related Legal Services, society Registration, 12A & 80G Registration, FCRA Registration and Trademark Registration that You take the service  with Us.

Important information

Service Charges, Government fees Charges and service charges are non-refundable after the 24 hours.

All cancellation charges will be deduct primarily from the original payment mode.

Confirm Registration and service

Are non refundable at all time when the registration complete process done with alot the application number after the 24 Hours.

 

Service Order Cancellation Rights

​

  • You are entitled to cancel the  Your service Order within 24 hour  without giving any reason for doing so.

  • The deadline for cancelling an  service is 24 hours  from the date on which You received the service.

  • In order to get taking service exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  • When you are done wrong transaction we are not responsible for refund when you done wrong transaction.

  • Refund not valid if the work done by Black-tie Legal Service L.L.P   gets partially and or fully done.

  • We will reimburse You no later than 24 hour from the day on which We receive the services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the services, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancelation charges

​

The amount deduct is based on the time of cancelation and the status of you application and legal service at the time if cancellation. Detailed explanations are given below.

  1. If confirmed registration not government charges and service charges/agent charges  are not refundable after the 24 hours rest of the amount refund after the decision  of the company member.

  2. Refund amount with in the 15 days working hours.
